Loomiq Studio Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Loomiq Studio. By purchasing or downloading our digital products, or by participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Digital Products

All products available on loomiqstudio.com are delivered in digital/downloadable format only.
No physical items will be shipped.

2. Payment & Access

Payments must be completed in full before download access is granted.
Upon confirmation of payment, your files will be available either in My Account > Downloads (if you created an account) or through a secure download link sent to your email.

3. Usage Restrictions

Purchased products are for personal or internal business use only.
Redistribution, resale, uploading, sharing, or making our products publicly available is strictly prohibited.
Modification for personal use is allowed, but modified versions may not be resold or distributed.

4. Refunds & Returns

Since these are digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns after the product has been downloaded.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, dashboards, and related content remain the intellectual property of Loomiq Studio.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or publication is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Loomiq Studio is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or misuse of our products.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all versions of software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and recommend reviewing product requirements before purchase.

7. Affiliate Program

By registering as an affiliate with Loomiq Studio, you agree to the following conditions in addition to our general Terms & Conditions:

7.1 Commissions

Standard commission rate: 10% of the order total.
Commissions are calculated on the order subtotal, excluding taxes and shipping costs.
If a purchase is refunded, any unpaid commission related to that order will be automatically marked as rejected.
Commissions may be registered as zero in specific cases (e.g., zero-sum transactions).
Affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own orders.

7.2 Payments

Minimum payout threshold: PHP 500.00.
Payments will only be processed once this minimum balance is reached.
Payment methods and schedules may vary and will be communicated directly to affiliates.

7.3 Refund Grace Period

Commissions become eligible for payout after a 30-day refund grace period has passed from the originating purchase date.

7.4 Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:

Misrepresent Loomiq Studio or its products.
Use spam, misleading claims, or unethical marketing practices.
Attempt to manipulate the system (e.g., self-referrals).

7.5 Termination
Loomiq Studio reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account and withhold pending commissions if the affiliate is found to be in violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

Loomiq Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website, products, or affiliate program indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
