Welcome to Loomiq Studio. By purchasing or downloading our digital products, or by participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Digital Products

All products available on loomiqstudio.com are delivered in digital/downloadable format only. No physical items will be shipped. All templates are delivered as fully editable .xlsx files compatible with Microsoft Excel 2010 and above on Windows and Mac.

Some templates are formula-only and require no macros. Others are macro-enabled and include automated logic that requires macros to be enabled in Excel desktop. Each product page clearly indicates which type applies. Macro-enabled templates are not guaranteed to work in Microsoft 365 Online (Excel for the web) or in restricted corporate environments where macros are blocked.

2. Payment & Access

Payments must be completed in full before download access is granted. Upon confirmation of payment, your files will be available either in My Account > Downloads (if you created an account) or through a secure download link sent to your email. Download links are valid for 7 days and allow up to 3 downloads. If you require additional access, contact us at support@loomiqstudio.com.

3. Usage Restrictions

Purchased products are licensed for personal or internal business use only. You may use the template for as many of your own projects as you like. The following are strictly prohibited:

Redistribution, resale, or sharing of templates with third parties
Uploading templates to any public or private file-sharing platform
Reselling or distributing modified versions of our templates

Modification for personal or internal business use is permitted.

4. Refunds & Returns

Since these are digital products, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. We will re-deliver or replace your file at no charge if:

You received the wrong file (different from what was listed on the product page)
Your downloaded file is corrupted or fails to open
Your download link expired before you were able to access it

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, design preference, incompatibility with software other than Microsoft Excel desktop, or issues arising from macro settings or restricted environments. 5. Intellectual Property

All templates, dashboards, and related content remain the intellectual property of Loomiq Studio. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or publication is prohibited. Purchase of a template grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file under the terms described in Section 3.

6. Limitation of Liability

Loomiq Studio is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or misuse of our products. While all templates are tested and confirmed compatible with Microsoft Excel 2010 through Microsoft 365 desktop on Windows and Mac, we recommend reviewing the product description and requirements on each product page before purchasing. We do not guarantee compatibility with Microsoft 365 Online, Google Sheets, LibreOffice, or other third-party spreadsheet applications. For macro-enabled templates, compatibility depends on your Excel version and macro security settings.

7. Data Privacy

Loomiq Studio is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Information collected during purchase, account registration, or affiliate signup is used solely to process transactions, deliver products, and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to operate our business. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Affiliate Program

By registering as an affiliate with Loomiq Studio, you agree to the following conditions in addition to our general Terms & Conditions:

8.1 Commissions

Standard commission rate: 10% of the order subtotal, excluding taxes.
If a purchase is refunded, any unpaid commission related to that order will be automatically marked as rejected.
Commissions may be registered as zero in specific cases (e.g., zero-sum transactions).
Affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own orders.

8.2 Payments

Minimum payout threshold: PHP 500.00.
Payments will only be processed once this minimum balance is reached.
Payment methods and schedules will be communicated directly to active affiliates.

8.3 Refund Grace Period

Commissions become eligible for payout after a 30-day refund grace period from the originating purchase date.

8.4 Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:

Misrepresent Loomiq Studio or its products
Use spam, misleading claims, or unethical marketing practices
Attempt to manipulate the system (e.g., self-referrals or fraudulent orders)

8.5 Termination
Loomiq Studio reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account and withhold pending commissions if the affiliate is found to be in violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of loomiqstudio.com or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

10. Changes to Terms

Loomiq Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website, products, or affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
