All products sold on loomiqstudio.com are digital, downloadable files. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
When We Can Help
We will re-deliver your file or provide a replacement at no charge if:
- You received the wrong file (different from what was listed on the product page)
- Your downloaded file is corrupted or fails to open
- Your download link expired before you were able to access it
To report any of the above, contact us at support@loomiqstudio.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
What Is Not Covered
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with design, layout, or style preferences
- Incompatibility with software other than Microsoft Excel (e.g. Google Sheets, LibreOffice)
- Errors made during checkout (e.g. purchasing the wrong product)

Our Products
All templates sold on loomiqstudio.com are:
- Delivered as fully editable .xlsx files
- Tested and compatible with Microsoft Excel 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, 2021, and Microsoft 365 desktop versions on Windows and Mac
- Not guaranteed to work with Microsoft 365 Online (Excel for the web) — some features may be limited or unavailable in browser-based versions
- Available for immediate download after payment is confirmed
Macro-enabled templates: Some advanced templates include macros for automation and complex logic. These require macros to be enabled in Excel desktop to function correctly. Each product page clearly indicates whether the template uses macros. Refunds are not issued for incompatibility due to macro settings, restricted environments, or unsupported Excel versions — please review the product requirements before purchasing.
Formula-only templates: Standard templates use formulas only and do not require macros. These work across all supported Excel desktop versions without any additional settings.
